Arin Hiebert
Arin Hiebert is a graduate of the Assiniboine College culinary program in Brandon, Manitoba, and holds a culinary red seal. As an accomplished pastry chef, he has furthered his education in pastry and chocolate at The French Pastry School and Chocolate Academy in Chicago, one of his favorite cities. Always in tune with emerging trends in baking, Arin loves to bring them to life in his work.
In spring 2020, he competed on Food Network's *Spring Baking Championship*, reaching the finale as one of three competitors. Arin has also appeared in local media and blogs and is always eager to discuss all things baking (good luck getting him to stop!).
As the Pastry Chef at the Fairmont Palliser, you can find Arin's creations in the event spaces and at the Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar, including the dessert menu and afternoon tea experience.
